The short version
We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply to you about a consultation with Dr. Miguelangel Guevara. We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone outside the practice and the services that help us respond to you.
What we collect
When you fill in the consultation form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The procedure you are interested in and your preferred language
- Anything you write in the message box
- How you would like us to contact you
If you call us, we keep a record of the call the same way any medical office does.
How we use it
- To contact you about your consultation, by the method you chose
- To prepare for that consultation
- To keep a record of your enquiry as part of your patient file if you go ahead
Who handles it for us
The consultation form is provided by Pulse Protocol, a patient-coordination service that stores your submission and routes it to our team. It processes your details only on our behalf.
This site may use Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to measure whether our advertising works. That measurement is about page visits and form submissions in aggregate. It does not give Google your name, phone number or message.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
- We do not publish anything you send us.
- We do not publish photographs of any patient without written consent for that use.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a patient, as part of your medical record for the period required by law in Mexico. If you do not go ahead, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Write to contacto@guevarasurgery.com and we will respond. Clinical records may have to be kept for a legal minimum period even after a deletion request.
